Michael Darby has been “criminally charged with sexual assault for grabbing the butt of a crew member,” according to @TMZ_TV Michael was feeling a little too free during filming for an episode and allegedly grabbed and groped the butt of a CAMERAMAN.The victim, Orville Palmer, claims that he turned around Michael had a “flirtatious look” on his face that creeped him out. He told him to stop and then told his boss what happened. Michael was hit with a felony assault of misdemeanor improper sexual contact charge. Michael could be looking at 11 years in prison if convicted. This isn’t his first run-in with incidents like this. after months of speculation it looks like Joe and Cyn are heading back to the #LHHNY franchise according to @Variety! Now it’s been a bout 4 years since either of them have been on the show. In fact, this will actually be the first time they’re on the show together as a couple. If you remember the last time Joe Budden was on LHHNY, he had just proposed to his long-time girlfriend Tahiry in Times Square. In Cyn’s case, her last scene on LHHNY was with her former boo EricaMena. Obviously the pair have made some MAJOR moves since the last time they were on the hit show. It’s being reported that Nelly has mutually settled with the woman who claimed that he raped her on a tour bus last year. The woman, Monique Greene, says that last October she was at a club in Seattle where Nelly performed and after the show, she hung out with Nelly, who invited her on his tour bus. It was there that she claims he assaulted her against her will, @ TMZ_TV  reported. She then said she screamed that she wanted off the bus and that she was thrown off as Nelly tossed a $100 bill at her and said, “Bye Bye.” Nelly actually countersued, claiming that the sex between them was consensual and that she defamed him with her accusations. An attorney for Greene confirmed that both parties dismissed their cases, but she does dispute Nelly’s lawyer’s statement that her client wasn’t paid. Nas’ baby’s mother, Carmen Bryan is dropping a book called “Life After Child Support: When The Checks Stop Coming.” She describes the book as “a cautionary tale about outgrowing financial dependency and moving forward.” Back in 2017, Carmen sat down with VladTV and spoke about how she was able to raise her daughter without having to work a 9 to 5 because of the child support checks Nas would send for their daughter Destiny. Drake just filed a lawsuit against a woman who allegedly made pregnancy claims last year and attempted to extort him! According to  TMZ , he’s suing a woman named Layla Lace, who he says he met during his Boy Meets World Tour in England, but things went left real quick. According to the suit, Drizzy says she made up a “fantasy relationship” and when he didn’t have the “time or energy to respond” to her text messages, she took things to another level by claiming he got her pregnant.In an April 2017 Instagram post, she reportedly wrote: “So I guess still in this era this is the new thing that after you tell a dude you pregnant they stop answering they phone!!!” She also went on SiriusXM radio to share her story and hired a lawyer around May 2017 to demand money from the rapper for their “child.” The suit claims they had consensual sex in his hotel room and she kept texting him afterwards saying how much she missed him. MEMPHIS, Tenn.  - The two narcotics officers with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office will not face any criminal charges after fatally shooting a man they were trying to detain in a drug case.  The two officers shot and killed Bryan Gregory, 34, on Jan. 17, 2018 as he was seated in a parked car on Decatur Street, according to a release from Shelby County District Attorney Amy Weirich. According to the release, Gregory was the target of a narcotics investigation, and officers also had a search warrant for his residence.  When two sheriff’s vehicles boxed in Gregory’s car, police said he put his car in reverse and rammed into one officer’s vehicle.  As an officer was attempting to remove him from the vehicle, the officer fired his weapon, striking Gregory in the right shoulder – the bullet entering his chest. Gregory died later at a hospital.Police found a gun on the driver’s side floorboard, and they also found money and marijuana inside the vehicle. ...

MEMPHIS, Tenn.  - A Memphis man was arrested for whipping his a 6-year-old child to death with an extension cord.  Memphis police said Donald Rich, the child’s step-father, called 911 after the child “began to throw up and became unresponsive.” The incident happened Wednesday at a home in the 4200 block of Pine Hollow Drive in Whitehaven.  The child was taken to the hospital in extremely critical condition and was pronounced dead less than an hour later. Medical staff told police the injuries were both new and ones that had healed from previous incidents.  Rich admitted to whipping the child with a belt and extension cord.  Neighbors like Linda White were shocked to learn Rich admitted to whipping the child. “For someone to beat a six-year-old,” White said. “That’s crazy.” Timothy Thomas said he got home and 15 police cars surrounded his apartment complex. “It was so many police and crime scene,” Thomas said.  “I was like coming around ...

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) —  A District Attorney said two men accused of killing a woman and setting her body on fire did so because they were afraid she would “snitch,” reports say. The trial against Clarksville men Kevin Forman, 29, and Kellum Williams, 37, is ongoing this week.  They are both accused in the slaying of Amy LeeAnn Murphy, a local 31-year-old woman.The murder took place in 2015 and investigators said Murphy’s body was found burning in a field near Highway 76 West in Robertson County near the Montgomery County line. According to  The Leaf-Chronicle , during opening arguments, the DA alluded that Murphy was murdered because the suspects were afraid she would snitch about their drug ring activities. Hip Hop mogul/rapper Rocko is known for operating IN THE STREETS. Well yesterday he was robbed of thousands of dollars in jewelry. Rocko plans on getting his jewelry back though. You see, last night he put a $50K bounty on the people who robbed him. Rocko parked his car outside of Atlanta, and someone broke into it, and stole.a duffle bag. Inside the duffle bag was some jewelry, and allegedly other valuable stuff that we are NOT AT LIBERTY TO DISCUSS. #nosnitching Rocko immediately took to social media and put a $50K bag on the thieves. He promised whoever turned them in, will get $50K in BLUE hundred dollar bills.
