Awake NY Unveils Air Jordan 5 Collaboration Here's a first look at the Awake NY x Air Jordan 5.

  Thus far,  Awake NY  and Jordan Brand have only collaborated on the  Air Ship,  but that will be changing soon with the arrival of their Air Jordan 5 collab. The New York-based streetwear brand just posted a teaser of its unreleased Jordan 5 on  Instagram.  According to the post, the style will be released as part of Awake's Spring 2025 collection. The Awake x Air Jordan 5 features a similar color blocking to the original  "Fire Red"  colorway of the silhouette but swaps the white leather upper with pink. Awake does add its own flair to the shoe with special details seen on the tongue, the "A" on the side panels, and "NY" embroidered on the heel. As of now, a firm release date for the Awake NY x Air Jordan 5 has yet to be announced by either of the parties involved.

  It's been over a year since A Ma Maniére introduced its  "Dusk" and "Dawn"  Air Jordan 5 collabs, and now it appears that the two entities have another iteration of the shoe coming soon. A newly leaked image from  @xcsnkr  on Instagram shows a first look at the "Burgundy Crush" A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 5. The sneaker follows the same updated design introduced in the two aforementioned styles, including a thinner collar and quilted sock liners. This version features a white leather upper with two-tone "Nike Air" and "23" branding on the heel. Completing the look is a black and burgundy midsole and a translucent outsole.   Adding to the rumors of the original "Flu Game" Air Jordan 12 and  "Black Metallic" Air Jordan 5  coming back, we're now getting word that one of the most popular retro Air Jordan 9 colorways is also expected to return next year. Early reports from trusted leakers  Sneaker Files  and  @zSneakerheadz  on Instagram reveal that the  "Cool Grey"  Air Jordan 9 is rereleasing sometime in 2025, but a specific timeframe wasn't shared. The "Cool Grey" iteration of  Michael Jordan's  ninth signature shoe was introduced in 2002 during the silhouette's first retro run, and the style was last released in 2012. The upcoming release is expected to be an exact retro and will feature a nubuck upper paired with patent leather overlay panels on the mudguard and collar.   For those who missed out on copping last year's re-release of the  "Linen" Nike Air Force 1,  there's a new version of the style that serves as a worthy consolation prize. Available now at the j sneaker boutique Alive is a canvas variation of the cult classic "Linen" Air Force 1 Low, a brown and pink colorway that was originally released exclusively in Japan in 2001. This latest version swaps out the traditional brown leather material on the upper with a more durable textile build. This pair retains the pink Swoosh on the sides, a white tongue and sock liner, and the white and pink tooling. At the time of writing, a Stateside release for this canvas "Linen" Air Force 1 Low has yet to be confirmed by the brand. Check back soon for new developments in the coming weeks.   Not only is  Nigel Sylvester  expected to introduce the  Air Jordan 4 RM  with his own sneaker project later this year, but it appears that the BMX rider also has a standard Jordan 4 collab on the way. Per  Sneaker Files  and  @zSneakerheadz  on Instagram, a Nigel Sylvester x Air Jordan 4 collab is scheduled to drop in Spring 2025. There are no leaked images of the rumored sneaker at the time of writing, but the leaker accounts did share a speculative mock-up. The collab is expected to don a vibrant orange color scheme covering the majority of the upper but contrasted by red hits on the eyelets, heel tab, and midsole. Unlike a traditional version of the Jordan 4, Sylvester's pair is rumored to feature "Bike Air" branding on the heel tab replacing the "Nike Air" logo.
