Along with the  “Black Metallic Reimagined”  and  “Grape”  variations, another original Air Jordan 5 is now scheduled to return in 2025 for the shoe’s 35th anniversary. This time it’s the “Fire Red” colorway. As reported by leaker zSneakerHeadz, the upcoming retro is set to drop again in Fall 2025. The “Fire Red” Air Jordan 5 is one of four original colorways, along with the “Black Metallic,” “White Metallic,” and “Grape,” from the model’s initial run in 1990. The sneaker was worn on court by Michael Jordan, and is the only original version that had his #23 embroidered on the heel. The “Fire Red” 5 came back to retail for the first time in 2006, again in 2013, and additionally as a low-cut variation in 2016. However, it’s never been back with its original Nike Air heel branding. As it’s so far out, a specific release date is not yet known, but a sneaker industry source did confirm the upcoming “Fire Red” retro with One Dope Ass Blogger. UPDATE (07/17):  A...
