When It All Falls Down Chapter Five (Based On A True Story)

Jack sat in his car and sighed. Damn… I’m gonna have to cancel the party. The building ain’t even ready. Before heading home, he decided to swing by the shop. As he pulled into the lot, his mood shifted fast—police cars, flashing lights, and somebody being loaded into an ambulance on a stretcher. “What the fuck ?” Jack muttered, stepping out. Inside, he found his cousin talking to the cops. As soon as she finished, she walked over, shaking her head. “What’s going on, cuz?” Jack asked. “Mane…” she exhaled, already laughing. “Jackie showed Tisha a video of her baby daddy and her fucking. ” Jack blinked. “What?” “Yeah,” she continued. “You know, Jackie is messy as hell—transgenders, love exposing the niggas they mess with. Tisha saw it, called her baby daddy, and told him it was over. That nigga pulled up and beat Jackie's ass in front of the whole damn shop.” Jack rubbed his forehead. “Mane… that’s crazy. She gon’ get killed doing that shit.” “Right!” she said. “She is a...

“So what are you doing this weekend?” “Aw, man, I’m going home to see my fam. It’s been a minute since I've been that way, and my moms keep asking me when I’m coming to see her. So that’s where I’m spending my weekend.” “Oh, that’s what’s up. I’ll see you later then.” Memphis, Tennessee, was home to Kyle. He had a pretty nice life. He grew up in Cordova and got accepted into Georgia Tech on a full scholarship. Kyle wanted to be a biochemist. As he packed his belongings into his 2018 Mercedes-Benz 600, he drove off campus and hit the highway. A few hours later, the Memphis skyline came into view. The city hasn’t changed much at all, he thought. Kyle didn’t tell his mom he was coming home for the weekend. He wanted to surprise her. When he pulled into the driveway, his mother was sitting on the porch. Her eyes widened as he stepped out of the car. “Son!” she shouted, rushing toward him. “Hi, Mom,” Kyle said, smiling as she hugged and kissed him. “Why didn’t you tell me you were ...

Is Jordan Brand Releasing a Deconstructed Air Jordan 3? Frank Cooke teases new execution of a classic.

Image
One of the individuals leading Jordan Brand into its new era, Frank Cooke is hinting that a deconstructed version of the  Air Jordan 3  could be on the way. Cooke shared this image on  Instagram  earlier today, showcasing a stripped down version of the model that's noticeably missing some of the Jordan 3's most prominent features. This isn't simply a "Cyber Monday" and "True Blue" mash-up, but a reimagination in all-leather with deconstructed elements. There is no explicit indication that the deconstructed Jordan 3 is on its way to retail, but it's possible that this silhouette is tied to the  leaked information regarding an "SE" edition of model  that surfaced in 2017.  Additionally, Cooker offered the following caption. "When legendary staples are rich in authenticity, there is no need for influential input... but we can never dismiss the obligation to take the former narratives into a new space." So, while All-Star W...
