First Look at the 'Shattered Backboard' Air Jordan 1 Low New take on the popular color scheme.

Back in 2015, Jordan Brand released the original "Shattered Backboard" Air Jordan 1. Since then, the color scheme inspired by the uniform worn by Michael Jordan when he shattered a backboard during an exhibition game in Italy in 1985 has been re-purposed a handful of times. It has also become one of the most popular non-OG colorways of the sneaker to ever release.
The latest shoe to get the "Shattered Backboard" treatment is the Air Jordan 1 Low. This pair maintains the color blocking of the original albeit on a low-top canvas. Some material swaps have also occurred. This pair maintains a white leather upper, but replaces the black leather overlays with nubuck. The orange hits on the toe, heel, and ankle collar have also opted for nubuck this time around. A shiny patent leather Swoosh, white Jumpman and orange "23" stitched on the tongue, and tonal Wings logo on the heel complete the design.
An exact release for the "Shattered Backboard" Air Jordan 1 Low has yet to be announced, but expect the pair to retail at $90, a much lighter hit on the wallet than the current resell prices of the original. Stay tuned as more updates become available.
