Jordan Brand Previews 2020 Holiday Air Jordan Retro Lineup Closing out the year strong.

 Today, Jordan Brand provided fans with a look ahead at what's to come for this year's holiday season of retro releases.

Fans of the Air Jordan 1 will have little to complain about as four styles will be hitting shelves in the upcoming months. Also included in the retro lineup will be the return of the classic "Fire Red" Air Jordan 4, which will feature the iconic "Nike Air" branding on the heel for the first time since its original 1989 release. Rounding out the group are new iterations of the Air Jordan 3, the Air Jordan 12, as well as an Air Jordan 8 dropping exclusively in women's sizing. While these Air Jordan retro are scheduled to arrive in the holiday season, the specific release dates have yet to be announced.

10 killed, 73 shot in bloodiest week of the year

CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS)  - A  violent weekend  capped off Chicago's bloodiest week of the year. From April 30 through May 6, 10 people were killed and 73 others were wounded in gun violence across Chicago. This latest outbreak of violence underscores how gunmen are literally getting away with crimes up to and including murder. Overwhelmed police detectives have 155 currently active investigations of 2018 homicides, while "solving" or "clearing" 27 cases, barely 17 percent.  The clearance rate has dropped steadily in recent years, leaving thousands of murders in the last decade unsolved and thousands of killers still on the street. Chicago Police used to solve more than 60 percent of murders, back in the 1990s. New York City cops still do. Rapper XXXTentacion (real name: Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy), who was  shot to death  at the age of 20 Monday, wasn’t yet a household name. But he was well on his way.
