New Alyx x Nike Air Force 1 Collab on the Way Here's a first look

Alyx and Nike are once again collaborating on the Air Force 1, with two new Air Force 1 Low styles coming soon.

Alyx founder and current Givenchy creative director, Matthew M. Williams, teased two upcoming Air Force 1 Low collabs on Instagram this week. The sneaker features subtle changes to the standard versions of the shoe, including the removal of the forefoot's overlay panels, new silver details on the eyelets, and Alyx branding stamped on the heel counter. The project also comes in the classic "Triple Black" and "Triple White" makeups.

Alyx and Nike have previously collaborated on the Air Force 1 High and released 10 different iterations of the shoe. Additionally, Williams introduced a new MMW x Nike 005 Slide last year.

As of now, release details for the new Alyx x Nike Air Force 1 Lows have yet to be announced by the collaborators. Check back soon for official updates.

Rapper XXXTentacion (real name: Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy), who was  shot to death  at the age of 20 Monday, wasn’t yet a household name. But he was well on his way. 10 killed, 73 shot in bloodiest week of the year

CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS)  - A  violent weekend  capped off Chicago's bloodiest week of the year. From April 30 through May 6, 10 people were killed and 73 others were wounded in gun violence across Chicago. This latest outbreak of violence underscores how gunmen are literally getting away with crimes up to and including murder. Overwhelmed police detectives have 155 currently active investigations of 2018 homicides, while "solving" or "clearing" 27 cases, barely 17 percent.  The clearance rate has dropped steadily in recent years, leaving thousands of murders in the last decade unsolved and thousands of killers still on the street. Chicago Police used to solve more than 60 percent of murders, back in the 1990s. New York City cops still do.
