'Metallic Burgundy' Air Jordan 1 Releases This Month The original colorway returns for the first time since 1985.

These days, it's not often that Jordan Brand has an opportunity to release a first-ever Air Jordan retro. However, that will be the case when the "Metallic Burgundy" Air Jordan 1 High makes its long-awaited return early next year.

Last available in 1985, the "Metallic Burgundy" Air Jordan 1 has been one of the most highly sought-after pairs among vintage Air Jordan collectors—some even stating that it's the hardest to acquire. Part of the "Metallic" Pack, the rare pair features a white leather build with contrasting metallic team red accent hits, a white midsole, and team red outsole.

As of now, the “Metallic Burgundy” Air Jordan 1 High ‘85 is scheduled to drop in Spring 2024 for $200. Check back for new developments, including a first look, in the coming months.

UPDATE (06/13): After initially being rumored to drop in the spring, Jordan Brand has confirmed that the classic "Metallic Burgundy" Air Jordan 1 is finally returning on June 22 via SNKRS and at select retailers for $200.
