Awake NY Unveils Air Jordan 5 Collaboration Here's a first look at the Awake NY x Air Jordan 5.

Thus far, Awake NY and Jordan Brand have only collaborated on the Air Ship, but that will be changing soon with the arrival of their Air Jordan 5 collab.

The New York-based streetwear brand just posted a teaser of its unreleased Jordan 5 on Instagram. According to the post, the style will be released as part of Awake's Spring 2025 collection.

The Awake x Air Jordan 5 features a similar color blocking to the original "Fire Red" colorway of the silhouette but swaps the white leather upper with pink. Awake does add its own flair to the shoe with special details seen on the tongue, the "A" on the side panels, and "NY" embroidered on the heel.

As of now, a firm release date for the Awake NY x Air Jordan 5 has yet to be announced by either of the parties involved.

Rapper XXXTentacion (real name: Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy), who was  shot to death  at the age of 20 Monday, wasn’t yet a household name. But he was well on his way. CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS)  - A  violent weekend  capped off Chicago's bloodiest week of the year. From April 30 through May 6, 10 people were killed and 73 others were wounded in gun violence across Chicago. This latest outbreak of violence underscores how gunmen are literally getting away with crimes up to and including murder. Overwhelmed police detectives have 155 currently active investigations of 2018 homicides, while "solving" or "clearing" 27 cases, barely 17 percent.  The clearance rate has dropped steadily in recent years, leaving thousands of murders in the last decade unsolved and thousands of killers still on the street.
