  It was around this time last year that Jordan Brand introduced the  Air Jordan 1 High Element  and now, another popular  Air Jordan  model is getting upgraded with Gore-Tex. Shown here are the official product images of the new  Air Jordan 5  Gore-Tex and according to  zSneakerheadz  on Instagram, the style will make its way to retail in December. While this shoe does appear to be an otherwise standard Jordan 5 release, the branding on the heel confirms that it’s been equipped with Gore-Tex, a breathable waterproof fabric that’s designed to handle different weather conditions. The aforementioned account also revealed that this pair will only be able in women’s sizing.   As we enter the final stretch of 2022, leaks of potential styles for  Jordan Brand’s  2023 retro lineup continue to surface including this new iteration of the Jordan 9 coming soon. This  Air Jordan 9  shown here dons a “Light Olive Concord” color scheme and, according to  @zSneakerheadz  on Instagram, the shoe is slated to hit stores on Jan. 7, 2023. As the style suggests, it essentially uses the original  “Olive”  colorway of the silhouette but is remixed with Concord and Aquatone hits on the heel’s pull tab and ‘23’ embroidery. Much like the “Olive” Jordan 9, this pair features a blacked-out midsole, with the Jumpman logo dressed in the Concord hue. As of now, a release date for this “Light Olive Concord” Air Jordan 9 has not yet been announced by Jordan Brand.   It was just a few weeks ago that  Jordan Brand  celebrated 25 years in China with the release of a new  “Taxi”-esque Jordan 12 Low  and now, the celebrations continue with a new women’s exclusive iteration of the shoe coming soon. Many sneaker fans may recognize this  “Hyper Royal” Air Jordan 12  style pictured here from its July preview in the  Nike  SNKRS app when the brand showcased in-hand looks at its ‘22 Summer/Fall retro lineup. According to the shoe’s product description, this color scheme commemorates 25 years of the Jordan Brand in China, with a black premium leather upper coupled with lizard texture overlay panels in royal blue. The sneaker also features a special heel tab and graphics on the outsole.   In addition to  Jordan Brand  officially revealing a majority of the  Air Jordans  that are dropping in Spring 2022, a few leaked releases of next year’s Fall lineup have also been making rounds on social media. According to  @zSneakerheadz  on Instagram, a women’s exclusive “Canyon Purple” colorway of the  Air Jordan 4  will hit shelves in Fall ‘22. Given its far-off release date, images of the shoe are currently unavailable, but a mock-up rendering from the leaker account reveals that the style will feature a premium suede construction on the upper that’s paired with black and mint green details throughout the remainder of the silhouette including on the tooling. In addition, there’s also expected to be a subtle orange Jumpman on the tongue. There are currently no release details available for this “Canyon Purple” Air Jordan 4 but keep it locked to one dope ass blogger for new developments in the coming month...

  It appears that an original  Air Jordan 1  makeup will be making its return as part of  Jordan Brand’s  2023 retro lineup. According to  @Sneakerheadz  and  @Mr_Unloved1s  on Instagram, that pair will be the OG-styled black and white Air Jordan 1 High from 1985. The purported Jordan 1 retro is expected to don the original two-tone black and white color blocking on the leather upper along with a standard white midsole and a black outsole. As the name suggests, this version of the popular model features a high-top cut similar to the pairs that were released in ‘85.  At the time of writing, only a mock-up of the forthcoming release has been shared by the leaker account and the shoe shown above is an  original pair  from ‘85.   The  Air Jordan 11 Low IE  will be making its return to retail in October via this “Light Orewood Brown” colorway shown here. Despite this iteration of the Jordan 11 Low IE being dubbed “Light Orewood Brown,” the shoe dons mostly grey tones throughout the entirety of the mixed material upper of canvas and leather. The shoe also features white accents on the tongue and toe box, while a white midsole and a smoky outsole sit below.   A shootout broke out at a restaurant owned by “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star  Kandi Burruss  and her husband  Todd Tucker  last night. According to local Atlanta news station  11-Alive , the shooting happened at Blaze Steak and Seafood off Cascade Road near Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson airport. Reportedly, police said an employee was involved in some sort of fight and fired their gun, striking another employee in the arm. The injured worker was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The employees involved have not been named publicly, however, Kandi’s cousin and chef at the restaurant, Melvin Jones confirmed via  IG stories  that he was shot while working Wednesday night. While details about the incident are sparse at this time, police said the shooter is still at large and no arrests have been made after the incident involving the coworkers.
