'Hyper Royal' Air Jordan 14 to Release In September Another 2020 Retro preview.

 With the "University Gold" Air Jordan 12 and the "Lucky Green" Air Jordan 13 already rumored to drop in July 2020, it appears that fans can now also expect the Air Jordan 14 to join next summer's lineup.

The early information was leaked by Soleheatonfeet suggesting that a brand new "Hyper Royal" Air Jordan 14 is scheduled to release in July. An early look at the forthcoming release is currently unavailable, but zSneakerheadz has created a mock-up rendition suggesting that the pair will feature a white-based upper that's contrasted by Hyper Royal accents mostly seen on the midsole. 

The Air Jordan 14 Retro "Hyper Royal" currently has a tentative release date for July 2020, but stay tuned Here for updates.

UPDATE (06/29): The Air Jordan 14 Retro "Hyper Royal" has been officially revealed and is releasing as part of Jordan Brand's Fall 2020 release lineup. According to zSneakerheadz, expect this pair to drop on Sept. 5 for $190.

10 killed, 73 shot in bloodiest week of the year

CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS)  - A  violent weekend  capped off Chicago's bloodiest week of the year. From April 30 through May 6, 10 people were killed and 73 others were wounded in gun violence across Chicago. This latest outbreak of violence underscores how gunmen are literally getting away with crimes up to and including murder. Overwhelmed police detectives have 155 currently active investigations of 2018 homicides, while "solving" or "clearing" 27 cases, barely 17 percent.  The clearance rate has dropped steadily in recent years, leaving thousands of murders in the last decade unsolved and thousands of killers still on the street. Chicago Police used to solve more than 60 percent of murders, back in the 1990s. New York City cops still do. But the number of CPD detectives has been cut since then.  As Mayor Rahm Emanuel prepares to run for re-election, he'll swear in 100 new detectives later this month and promises 100 more by the end of the year. Rapper XXXTentacion (real name: Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy), who was  shot to death  at the age of 20 Monday, wasn’t yet a household name. But he was well on his way.
