Jennifer Williams from BBWLA is living a page out of  JazmineSullivan’s handbook according to her ex James “Tim” Norman. The Welcome Home To Sweetie Pies reality star alleges that Williams is a crazed ex-girlfriend and has taken steps in order to protect himself by filing for a restraining order.Per documents obtained by TMZ, Norman was driving around LA when he noticed Williams was following him. He made his way home, however, two hours later, Norman noticed that two of his tires were slashed. The only reason he is blaming Jennifer is because this is just one of many incidents between them.Last summer, Norman says that Jennifer allegedly got behind the wheel of his car and tried to run him over! There was also an incident where Jennifer broke into Norman’s home and multiple times where she’s sent harassing texts alerting him that he’s “playing with the wrong one.”

10 killed, 73 shot in bloodiest week of the year

CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS)  - A  violent weekend  capped off Chicago's bloodiest week of the year. From April 30 through May 6, 10 people were killed and 73 others were wounded in gun violence across Chicago. This latest outbreak of violence underscores how gunmen are literally getting away with crimes up to and including murder. Overwhelmed police detectives have 155 currently active investigations of 2018 homicides, while "solving" or "clearing" 27 cases, barely 17 percent.  The clearance rate has dropped steadily in recent years, leaving thousands of murders in the last decade unsolved and thousands of killers still on the street. Chicago Police used to solve more than 60 percent of murders, back in the 1990s. New York City cops still do. But the number of CPD detectives has been cut since then.  As Mayor Rahm Emanuel prepares to run for re-election, he'll swear in 100 new detectives later this month and promises 100 more by the end of the year. Rapper XXXTentacion (real name: Jahseh Dwayne Onfroy), who was  shot to death  at the age of 20 Monday, wasn’t yet a household name. But he was well on his way.
