Popular South Carolina DJ KID, Jason Roger Pope who is 42 years old has been arrested by police. The report claims that Pope was charged with three counts of human trafficking underage girls, three counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct, second degree criminal sexual conduct with minors and promoting prostitution, Kidnapping.
The arrest report also lays out that Pope would recruit the underage black girls to have sex with him because he was a popular DJ and he would pay them. The nasty part or should we say sick part of this was Pope infected over 600 girls with HIV.
Jason Roger Pope, 42, is a popular DJ in South Carolina who goes by the stage name “DJ KID.” According to reports, Pope was arrested back in August and charged with three counts of trafficking in persons, three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor, promoting prostitution of a minor, and kidnapping. Victims reported that the man gave them marijuana and alcohol before having them perform sex acts. One victim said Pope paid her $500 after their encounter.

CHICAGO (FOX 32 NEWS)  - A  violent weekend  capped off Chicago's bloodiest week of the year. From April 30 through May 6, 10 people were killed and 73 others were wounded in gun violence across Chicago. This latest outbreak of violence underscores how gunmen are literally getting away with crimes up to and including murder. Overwhelmed police detectives have 155 currently active investigations of 2018 homicides, while "solving" or "clearing" 27 cases, barely 17 percent.  The clearance rate has dropped steadily in recent years, leaving thousands of murders in the last decade unsolved and thousands of killers still on the street. Chicago Police used to solve more than 60 percent of murders, back in the 1990s. New York City cops still do. But the number of CPD detectives has been cut since then.  As Mayor Rahm Emanuel prepares to run for re-election, he'll swear in 100 new detectives later this month and promises 100 more by the end of the year.
